Azerbaijan announces municipalities and public relations competition for journalists

Baku. Nidzhat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. With financial support from the Council on State Support for NGOs, the Public Association for Assistance to Public Relations Development has announced a competition for journalists on a project called â€œThe Relation between Municipalities and the Publicâ€.
Under the terms of the competition, the articles should cover issues about the role of self-governing institutions in society, development of public relations, the place and role of municipal bonds in the formation of municipal budgets, etc.
Articles should be published until 20 December 2008 in the local media and be scored by a jury.
The articles should be sent to h.shelale @ rambler.ru.
Winners will be announced before the end of December.
The prize for the first place is AZN 200, the price for the second place is AZN 100.
