Royal Bank increases the capital

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee for Securities registered Royal Bank shares.

The committee sources told APA-Economics, share denomination was AZN 0.2 and number - 7.5 million, overall volume of emission â€“ AZN 1.5 million. The investment will be made via Baku Stock-Exchange (BSE) and it will increase the bankâ€™s nominal capital 7.3% to AZN 22.139 million.

Royal Bank was founded in 1993. The bank assets were AZN 156.814 million, deposit portfolio â€“ AZN 69.705 million, including AZN 66.261 million personal savings, AZN 117.397 million credit portfolio, as well as AZN 101.496 million consumer credits. The banâ€™s nominal capital was AZN 20.639 million to July 1, 2010.
