Ganjabank gets 19% rise in deposit portfolio

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As of July 1, 2010, Azerbaijan-based Ganjabank’s assets stood at AZN 42.502 mln, up 30% compared with a year ago.
Bank says the deposit portfolio rose by 3.551 mln, population’s deposits 31.3% increased to AZN 3.117 mln, loan portfolio ended up 44.3% to AZN 29.417, consumer lending climbed 66.2% to AZN 3.935 mln.
Total capital grew 22.4% to AZN 17.163 mln, authorized capital soared 24% to AZN 15 mln.
Income slid 1.8% to AZN 2.010 mln, spending ended higher 6.7% 1.440 mln. Profit dropped 18.1% to AZN 570 000. Staffs came down 11% to 72, average monthly salary rose by 47% to AZN 767.
Ganjabank has been in operation since 1994. The bank operates 3 branches, 6 ATMs and 15 POS-terminals across the country.
