Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. The average monthly salary of workers in the economy of Azerbaijan rose by 5% to AZN 315.2 compared with a year ago, State Statistical Committee told APA.
The State Statistical Committee said the highest salary was earned in mining industry, finance, real estate and leasing sectors, information and communication, construction and etc. spheres.
The average salary of external workers was AZN 170 and employees on contract earned AZN 288.6 on average a month.
