Azerbaijan Industry Insurance intends to increase profit by 45%

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Industry Insurance foresees to collect AZN 5.5 mln insurance premiums during 2010, up 23.2% from year earlier, deputy chairman of the company Intigam Seyfulla told APA.

According to him, premium most came from cargo insurance, fire compulsory insurance, construction insurance, motor insurance and health insurance.

He also noted that, the company foresees to earn AZN 1.4 mln at the end of this year, up 45% compared with a year ago.

Owned by Azerbaijan Industry Bank Azerbaijan Industry Insurance company has been in operation since 1996. The company operates 22 voluntary, 4 compulsory insurance types.
