Türkiye is closely monitoring developments related to Iran, Hakan Fidan, Türkiye’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, said at a press conference, APA reports.
He noted that Türkiye does not support a scenario involving the use of military force against Iran.
“It is in Türkiye’s interest for Iran to resolve its problems with international actors and for events that could lead to instability not to occur,” Fidan said.
The Turkish minister also expressed hope that the problems between the United States and Iran would be resolved through dialogue, either directly or with the involvement of mediators.
