The majority of Ukrainians want the war to end at any cost, APA reports, citing a survey conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation.
73% of Ukrainians believe in Ukraine’s victory.
Meanwhile, 55% support ending the war in the near future at any cost. It was noted that this figure has increased compared to 2024. At the beginning of the war, 91.5% of the population believed in victory.
When asked what the main indicators of victory are, respondents gave the following answers:
Return of all Ukrainian prisoners, deported and abducted persons – 37%
Ending of missile attacks on Ukraine – 30%
Liberation of Ukraine’s territories within its 1991 borders – 27%
Putin’s resignation from power – 23%
