Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev with an official ceremony.
Turkish Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Head of the Presidential Administration's Communications Department Burhanettin Duran, Ankara Governor Vasip Şahin, and other officials also accompanied Tokayev at the welcoming ceremony at Esenboğa Airport.
The presidents held a brief meeting in the airport's Hall of Honor.
