No concessions should be discussed with the Kremlin as far as Russia has not agreed to full and unconditional ceasefire, said the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaya Kallas, in a statement following the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting held on August 11, APA reports.
“"As far as Russia has not agreed to full and unconditional ceasefire, we should not even discuss any concessions. It has never worked in the past with Russia, and it will not work against Putin today either,” Kallas emphasized.
She added that the sequence of steps during negotiations is very important.
