Germany will approve the annual transfer of 9 billion euros to Ukraine for the next two years, German Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil said, APA reports, citing UNIAN.
According to the minister, Germany is discussing not only financial issues with Kyiv, but also security guarantees.
He noted that although the agreements have caused euphoria in some parts of Germany, "Putin is not interested in peace, so the federal government will continue to stand by Ukraine."
