“There is a proverb: you reap what you sow. The European Union’s violation of international law standards has resulted in a boomerang effect against it,” said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze while commenting on the visa restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of State against a former European commissioner and several EU officials, APA’s local bureau reports.
According to him, the EU’s improper practices have now turned against itself.
“It is very interesting for us to hear the angry statements by representatives of the European Union on this matter,” Kobakhidze added.
