"The European Union plans to provide Armenia with 270 million euros between 2024 and 2027 to support the country's economic development," said EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas during a joint press conference with Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, APA reports.
According to her, the funds are allocated to support reforms in Armenia and to develop EU-Armenia relations.
The EU official also emphasized the union’s commitment to supporting democracy and a free media in Armenia.
