Multiple injuries are reported in a shooting incident in the Canadian city of Ottawa, APA reports.
The shooting that was first reported at around 7:35 am ET occurred in the 400 block of Gilmour Street, just a kilometre away from Parliament Hill, the home of the Parliament of Canada.
"This is not considered an active shooter situation, but the suspect remains at large and is not in custody," they said in a news release.

According to Ottawa Police department, many injuries have been reported at the scene of the shooting. The shooting that was first reported at around 7:35 am ET is occurring just a kilometre away from Parliament Hill, the home of the Parliament of Canada, APA reports citing Sputnik.
Three people with gunshot wounds have been sent to a hospital in serious condition.
