The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will hold summer session on June 25-29. Parliamentary elections in Armenia, policy on villages and towns in the Mediterranean region will be debated on June 25, APA reports.
The session will elect Deputy Council of Europe Secretary General and judges of European Court for Human Rights on the next day, holding debates on interreligious and intercultural dialogue and debates on Eastern and South-eastern Europe policy of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
It is expected to hold the second round in the elections of judges of European Court of Human Rights. It also includes issues on refugees and IDPs in Eastern Europe and fighting anti-Semitism. Issues on Serbia, Monaco and Iran’s nuclear program will be debated on June 28. /APA/
