Baku – APA-Economics. A public hearing was held in Culture House, Sangachal, Garadagh District for holding of discussions for studying of public opinion on initial project of the document Assessment of Impacts of Geophysical and Geotechnical Works on Environment and Social Sphere to be carried out by Total E&P Absheron B.V. on the exploitation of Absheron field, considering of proposals and comments in the final document.
According to APA-Economics, responsible persons from Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Garadag District Executive Power, Municipality of Sangachal Settlement, SOCAR Department for Oil-gas Processing and Petro-Chemical Complex Project Issues and public representatives attended the meeting. Representatives of Total E&P Absheron B.V., Ecology Department and Iglim Company informed about the project.
