Charging equipment being installed for hybrid vehicles in Baku

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Subsidiary company of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic SOCAR Petroleum installs ultra-fast charging equipment for electric vehicles in a number of petrol stations in Baku. The SOCAR Petroleum Company told APA-Economics that the electric or rechargeable hybrid vehicle owners will be able to fully charge their vehicles via ultra-fast charging equipment for 15-20 minutes in the petrol stations near Sabunchu and Surakhani road junctions on the way to airport.

The charging equipment supports CHAdeMO, COMBO 2, AC TYPE mode2 standards. The fast-charging equipment is provided with dual technology which allows recharging two vehicles simultaneously. During charging the client will be able to receive detailed information about the status of charge and different parameters. Ultra fast charging equipment installation in the country will cause the increase of interest in the use of these types of vehicles.
