Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In August, 2014, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan exported 84,760 tonnes of crude oil through Novorossiysk port, down 2 times from previous year.
During the reporting period, 242,076 tonnes of crude oil were exported through Supsa port, down 23.2% by contrast to a year earlier. Oil transportation through Ceyhan port rose 18.6% to 1,942,635 tonnes.
Totally, Novorossiysk port exported 677,785 tonnes of crude oil in January-August, down 41.8% compared to a year earlier.
In January-August, Supsa port exported 2,029,456 tonnes of crude oil (+10.4%), Ceyhan port exported 13,909,977 tonnes (+3.2%).
