Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. The information on lose of SOCAR in the international tender held in connection with the privatization of Turkey's gas distribution company Baskent Dogalgaz is not true.
Head of SOCAR’s press service Nizameddin Guliyev told APA-Economics that the company didn’t take part in that tender: ‘The information spread by Russian portal is false. Because SOCAR didn’t attend such tender, at all’.
That portal reports that the highest price ($1.162 bn) for Baskent Dogalgaz network had been proposed by Torunlar Gida Sanayi Co. of Turkey.
