Note that yesterday, Baku Steel Company and German Siemens Company signed memorandum of understanding. The memorandum signed by Alfred Piesinger, UK Managing Director of Siemens and Chairman of Supervisory Board of Baku Steel Company Rasim Mammadov says that modern ore processing plant with the annual capacity of 5 mln tonnes of iron concentrate will be constructed in the place of existing ore processing plant.
Along with this, State Committee for Property Issues said the private companies have not any authorities to sign contracts regarding state enterprise. Head of Committee’s PR and Information Department Gulu Khalilov told APA that he has not such information: “I can only say that 100% shares of Azerboru and Dashkasan Filizsaflashdirma belong to the state. No private company has authority to sign contract regarding enterprises, of which 100% shares belong to the state.
