Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. Azerbaijani Minister of Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev is on a visit to Norway. APA reports quoting the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy of Norway that Aliyev met with his Norwegian counterpart Ola Borten Moe. At the meeting, the ministers discussed the policy of the two countries in energy field, existing problems, the opportunities for collaboration, management of resources, as well as the activity of Statoil company in Azerbaijan.
“Norway is ready to share its technical experience with Azerbaijan in the sphere of management and sustainable use of oil resources,” – underlined Ola Borten Moe.
During the visit, Natiq Aliyev was at Troll field of Aker Solution and Statoil companies.
Statoil company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1992 and now is a participant of a number of international oil-gas and transportation project.
