Director of the Plant Adigozel Rahmanov said that the plant was launched in December, 2009: “The plant is able to offer qualitative products to domestic and foreign markets. The leading technologies were brought here from European countries, US. The plant produces 6,500 types of products and most of them are cables (110 kV). But, recently, the plant will start to produce 220-250 kV-cables”.
He also noted that the plant will produce optic, communication and other cables: “Every copper and aluminum produces 30,000 and 40,000 tonnes of rods. Totally, the Plant produces 80 tonnes of aluminum and 80 tonnes of copper cables per day”.
Speaking about export, Rahmanov noted that the company prepares for export of these products to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Russia.
