Azerbaijan approves standard of A-98 gasoline

Baku – APA-Economics. The State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan has made a change in the state standard of “Unleaded gasoline”.

According to APA-Economics, the amendment shall enter into force on April 1, 2013. According to the amendment, the name of the standard is given in the new edition as “Gasoline. Specifications”. Besides, A-98 has been added in the “Grade standard” item.

Note that, according to state standards, Azerbaijan produces three grades of gasoline - A-80, A-92 and A-95. According to this change, the country will enable the production of higher quality brand of gasoline -A-98.
