According to him, this demand was reflected in the strategy elaborated for development of alternative energy sources and being considered in the Presidential Administration: “The strategy considers that all newly-constructed buildings must be supplied with the alternative energy sources. Nearly 20% of demands of buildings for energy must be met from alternative energy sources”.
