According to him, animal-breeding economy will be established under the complex and the products produced via alternative energy will be used there.
Mammadov says Azerbaijan has great industrial potential, as well alternative energy. Azerbaijan has 90 enterprises that produce plastic. AZN 70 mln-plastic was produced.
