Kishinev to host Moldova-Azerbaijan energy forum - <font color=red>PHOTO</font>

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. Moldova-Azerbaijan energy forum is planned to hold in the 2nd half of 2012. A respective agreement was achieved in the 3rd meeting of the Moldova-Azerbaijan Inter-Governmental Commission for Economic Cooperation that was held in Chisinau.

Moldovan embassy in Azerbaijan told APA that the meeting was chaired by Iurie Leanca, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova, and Yaqub Eyyubov, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan. The sides signed a protocol that provides for a number of measures on development of Moldovan-Azerbaijani cooperation in commercial, economic, agro-industrial, energy, scientific and humanitarian sectors.

In addition, the officials decided to consider possibilities of creating joint enterprises in the field of agricultural goods processing, first of all in the wine sector, meat and milk production, increase of goods supplies. The sides decided to expand relations between chambers of commerce and industry of both countries, as well as between the Moldovan Investment and Export Promotion Organization and the Azerbaijani Export and Investment Promotion Foundation.

At the same time, specialists from both sites made decision on holding of Azerbaijani Culture Days in Moldova in November 2012, as well as Moldovan Culture Days in Azerbaijan in May 2013.

Note that, next meeting of intergovernmental commission will take place in 2013, in Baku.
