Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Turkmenistan exports 50 000 barrel of oil per day via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) main pipeline, said deputy vice president of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) Vitaly Beylerbeyov, APA-Economics reports.
“Turkmenistan transports most part of its crude via BTC and other part via railway to Black Sea terminals and then delivered to the world market by tankersâ€, said Beylerbeyov.
796.8 thousand tonnes of Turkmen transit oil was brought by ships to Sangachal terminal and then delivered via BTC pipeline in the period from January to April in 2011.
