Rovnag Abdullayev: â€œNo new house built on oil areas will receive a documentâ€

Baku. Ali Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Conducting of illegal construction works in the territories owned by SOCAR are encouraged by employees of some executive powers and municipalities, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev said.

To him, the company addressed the court only in connection with newly-constructed buildings in these areas: â€œThe old buildings will not be destroyedâ€.

â€œThere are employees of municipalities and executive authorities, who say: Come, build, and the documents you will receive. Consequently, construction works increase hereâ€, Abdullayev added.

â€œBut let everyone know that, not a single new house built in the oil areas, will not receive the document. And no one can say that this is an old house so we do a census in over 5 yearsâ€, said the company president.

SOCAR president also commented on the information circulated in the press: â€œThe construction here is detrimental to both production and people living there. The local conditions are harmful to life and the gene poolâ€.
