Baku – APA-Economics. In January, 2011, the highest growth rate of industrial production in CIS Place was observed in Ukraine. According to CIS Statistical Committee, the industrial production in Ukraine grew 9.7% compared to a year ago, slipped 14.5% compared to December, 2010.
In January, annual growth in Tajikistan made 9.2%, industrial production dropped 27.6% in comparison to a month ago.
Russia ranked third for growth rate of industrial production as 6.7% annual, 10.6% monthly growth.
Lowest indexes were observed in Azerbaijan – 1.6%-annual decline, 9.8% - monthly growth.
