Next protocol on AGRI Project to be signed in Bucharest

According to Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Business Environment of Romania, the visit purposed to attend the interorganizational meeting on AGRI (Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romania-Intercorrector) project.

At the same time, Georgian and Romanian Energy Ministers Alexander Khetaguri and Ion Ariton, Romanian Minister of National Development Tamash Fellegi, including the representatives of partner companies â€“ SOCAR (Azerbaijan), GOGC (Georgia), MVM (Hungary) and Romanian PM Emil Bock will attend the meeting. A protocol on AGRI project is expected to be signed at the end of the meeting.

Romanian FM Teodor Bakonski noted that, AGRI project will cause the development of energy security of EU countries, including diversification of energy sources and transportation routes: â€œThis project is not alternative for Nabucco, on the contrary, it completes Nabuccoâ€.
