Two intergovernmental gas documents signed with participation of Azerbaijani and Ukrainian presidents in Davos

APA reports quoting interfax.com.ua website that the governments of the two countries signed one more document.

The agreement between Azerbaijani and Ukrainian governments on cooperation on oil delivery via Ukraine was also signed with the participation of the presidents.

Head of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration Sergey Levochkin told journalists that the question is the delivery of 4 million tonnes of Azerbaijani oil via Odessa-Brodi oil pipeline a year.

Asked when the liquefied gas will reach Ukraine Levochkin said:
â€œThis is a memorandum. Tender will be held in Ukraine on the construction of the first liquefied gas plant, after that one can speak about the concrete volume,â€ he said.

He also added that the delivery of the liquefied gas will allow the Ukrainian industry to get gas from alternative sources and reduce its price considerably.
