â€œBaku Steel Companyâ€ gets rise in production

Baku. Ali Ahmadov - APA-Economics. One of Azerbaijani biggest industrial institutions Baku Steel Company is intending to increase and produce new products, press secretary of the Company Namig Ahmadov told APA. To him, by taking into account the need existing in domestic and foreign markets, reconstruction works are carried out in connection with extension of plantâ€™s production, increasing types of produced goods and implementation of other new projects.

According to plans of the company, along with the armature, other products, as well as metal products are considered to produce at the enterprise. For this purpose, appropriate equipments, as well as new rolling line is setup at the enterprise. Consequently, one more rolling line will be added to 2 other functioning in the institution so far. Production of additional products is expected to start in the coming months. According to words of pres secretary, these products will be cheaper than the other foreign products sold in markets: â€œOur products will be cheap at least as customs tariffs and traffic expendituresâ€.

Moreover, this company is intending to increase armature production as well. â€œSome people sell inferior armatures under name of Ukraine and Baku Steel Company. This problem has already been eliminatedâ€, said Ahmadov.

Remind that, price of Baku Steel Companyâ€™s armature has not changed.
