President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated the President of Moldavia Igor Dodon on the occasion of National holiday - Independence Day, APA reports citing press service of the President.
The congratulation reads:

I sincerely congratulate you and all the people of Moldova on the occasion of your national day, Independence Day.
