Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan sign Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan

Following one-on-one meeting between Safar Abiyev and Danial Ahmadov the delegations had a meeting.
Safar Abiyev said that friendship started when the two countries gained their independence and has developed more.
Informing the guests about the problems caused by Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the minister said that the conflict poses threat to a number of international projects carried out in the country and impedes internal economic growth.
The minister also noted that 20 percent of Azerbaijani lands were occupied and one million people became refugees and IDPs.
At the end of the meeting the ministers signed Bilateral Military Cooperation Plan. /APA/
