Next summit of CIS heads of states to be held in Dushanbe today

The development conception of the organization and realization of this plan will be debated in the summit. Nursultan Nazarbayev chaired CIS Council of the heads of states, but his tenure expired and new man will be appointed to this post.
According to unofficial regulations, the head of the state of the country where summit is held should chair the organization. But there is not official and unofficial information about Emomali Rahmanâ€™s appointment to CIS Council of the Heads of States.
Appointing head to CIS Executive Committee will also be debated in the summit. New candidate will be appointed to this post, as Vladimir Rushayloâ€™s tenure expires. Russian media writes that Moscow will not nominate candidacy of Vladimir Rushailo or Alexander Veshnyakov to this post again. 19 issues have been included to the agenda of the summit.
