Ganira Pashayeva asks two questions head of CE Committee of Ministers

Report of chairman of CE Committee of Ministers, Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic was heard in the plenary session of PACE held today, APAâ€™s Europe bureau reports.
Mr. Jeremik replied to PACE membersâ€™ questions after delivering speech. Member of Azerbaijani delegation Ganira Pashayeva asked him two questions.
â€œHow can CE Committee of Ministers assess Armenia-the country which does nothing in the solution of the conflict for more than 15 years, violated the ceasefire continuously and killed Azerbaijani civilians?â€ this was the first question.
Mr. Jeremic replied to the question.
He stated that he expressed his position in Ganira Pashayevaâ€™s question on the elections held in Nagorno Karabakh and his position has not changed. He said in an answer to question on Armeniaâ€™s holding the so-called elections in Nagorno Karabakh that these negotiations impede the process of the settlement of the conflict.
The second question asks â€œWhy Committee of the Ministers do not use pressure mechanism against Armenia-the country which violated CE principles, occupied 20% of Azerbaijani territories, did not fulfill PACE resolution #1416?â€
Jeremic stated that this issue was the authority of OSCE Minsk Group.
â€œI regard that establishing alternative, parallel structure for negotiations at present will not positively impact on the negotiations,â€ he said. /APA/
