Neither Azerbaijan, nor NATO has proposed to start debates on the country’s membership, Robert Simmons, NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, told journalists, APA reports.
The special representative said that the parties are satisfied with the cooperation in the framework of Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) at present. /APA/
