Parliament chairmen do not have much influence on peace talks, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov replied to the question on the influence of the new parliament of Armenia on the solution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
He stated that Presidents and Foreign Ministers are main participants of negotiations.
Mammadyarov said this question can be clarified only after when the chief will be elected to Armenian Parliament and which party wins majority of the sits. /APA/
