The delegation composed of Georgian parliamentarians visiting Azerbaijan to participate in the 84th anniversary of the then Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev’s birthday met deputy chairman & executive secretary of the ruling Yeni Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmedov and his deputies today, APA reports.
Kamal Muradkhanli chaired 20-memebr parliamentary delegation.
YAP deputy chairman spoke of the developing relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Mr. Ahmadov stating that both countries suffer conflicts in their territories expressed the necessity of mutual assistances for the solution of these problems.
Georgian parliamentarians also stressed the significance of the relations between the two countries and said they are interested in the continuation of the cooperation. /APA/
