Security Ministryâ€™s academy marks Heydar Aliyevâ€™s birthday

The Academy after the then President Heydar Aliyev of the National Security Ministry today marked the 84th birthday of the then President, APA reports.
National Security Minister, General Lieutenant Eldar Mahmudov addressing the event stressed Heydar Aliyevâ€™s contributions for the Azerbaijani people. He emphasized that thanks to the then President Azerbaijan could address the crisis related to transition period and reached to speedy economic development. â€œHeydar Aliyev is followed by reliable successor now.â€
Academy rector Ziya Yusifzadeh also spoke about the contributions of the then President.
In the end, several officers of the Ministry and Academy have been awarded orders and diplomas for their celebrated service in the security bodies by the orders of the President and the Minister. /APA/
