Valeri Chechelashvili: Baku summit will not be cancelled for the reason that Moldova and Ukraine have not yet ratified GUAM constitution documents

That is why one day was enough to agree the majority of the documents presented to GUAM summit, GUAM Secretary General Valeri Chechelashvili told journalists, APA reports.
He said non-ratification of GUAM constituent documents by Moldova and Ukraine will not be an obstacle on the way of Baku summit. â€œUkraine Supreme Rada is dissolved and that is why the member state did not ratify the documents. Bu it will not be reason for the summitâ€™s canceling in any way. We believe in the future of GUAM and think that the absence of constituent documents will not cause the cancel of the summitâ€.
Georgian representative said the establishment of GUAM peacekeeping forces was also debated in Baku meeting of national coordinators.
â€œThis issue was always on the agenda. GUAM peacekeeping forces should be imagined as corresponding military units but not independent Army,â€ the Secretary General said. /APA/
