New expedition to be sent to Guba and Neftchala

â€œInvestigations in the newly-discovered graves in Guba and Neftchala regions will continue. Technical equipment necessary for investigation is being specified now. Next scientific expedition will be sent to clear bones and skeletons,â€ deputy director of Archeology and Ethnography Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Nejef Museyibli told the APA.
He said that they are negotiating with relevant bodies over establishing state commission and organizing new expedition.
â€œThe problem is not ignored. The graves, where bodies of Muslim Azerbaijanis killed by Armenians were found, are protected. Not only scientists and specialists, but also media representatives will observe the opening of the graves,â€ he said.
Scietific expedition confirmed that the bones found in the mass graves in Guba and Neftchala belonged to people murdered by Armenians in 1918. /APA/
