In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index grew by 1.25% to 5,962.31 points, French CAC-40 advanced by 1.40% to 4,238.42 and Germany’s DAX surged by 1.64% to 9,416.77.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price ascended by $6.30 to $1,228.90 an ounce, and silver price soared by $0.05 to $15.33.
