On June 01, 2011 an auction on placement of short-term notes of Central Bank with the state registration number 50102130S, total volume AZN 35,000,000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 20,000,000, face value per note AZN 100, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.

Total volume of orders submitted by 5 investors made AZN 42,044,100 at face value.
Orders were presented in price range from 99.8833 % (YTM 1.50%) to 99.8137% (YTM 2.40%).

Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.8291% (YTM 2.20%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.8523% (YTM 1.90%)

Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 20,000,000, including non-competitive orders of AZN 1 611 400.

The maturity date of Notes is June 29, 2011.
