On May 25, 2011 an auction on placement of short-term notes of Central Bank with the state registration number of 50102030S, total volume AZN 50,000,000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 35,000,000, face value per note AZN 100, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.

Total volume of orders submitted by 7 investors made AZN 74,159,100 at face value.

Orders were presented in price range from 99.85 % (YTM 1.93%) to 99. 7827% (YTM 2.80%).

Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.8238% (YTM 2.27%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.8318% (YTM 2.17%).

Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 35,000,000, including non-competitive orders of AZN 2,996,400.

The maturity date of Notes is June 22, 2011.
