Baku – APA-ECONOMICS. Oil retreated today, with both US and Brent crudes down over a dollar, after Libyan rebels regained control of key oil towns and the dollar strengthened on hawkish comments from a US central banker, TVNZ reported.
US crude was down $US1.07 to $US104.33 a barrel and earlier dipped to $US104.20.
Brent crude for May was down $US1 to $US114.59 a barrel, after slipping to $US114.55.
