An auction on placement of short-term notes of Central Bank with the state registration number 50100930S, total volume AZN 300 000 000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 20 000 000, face value per note AZN 100, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.

Total volume of orders submitted by 6 investors made AZN 36 023 700 at face value.

Orders were presented in price range from 99.9226% (YTM 1.00%) to 99.8059% (YTM 2.50%).

Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders 99.9024% (YTM 1.26%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.99.9114% (YTM 1.14%)

Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 20 000 000, including non-competitive orders of AZN 1 740 600.

The maturity date of Notes is March 30, 2011.
