On January 26, 2011 an auction on placement of short-term notes of Central Bank with the state registration number 50100430S, total volume AZN 20 000 000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 15 000 000, face value per note AZN 100, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.

Total volume of orders submitted by 6 investors made AZN 51 126 400 at face value.

Orders were presented in price range from 99.8500% (YTM 1.93%) to 99.8750% (YTM 1.61%).

Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.8720% (YTM 1.65%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.8721% (YTM 1.65%)

Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 15 000 000, including noncompetitive orders of AZN 3 001 900

The maturity date of Notes is February 23, 2011.
