On January 19, 2011 an auction on placement of short-term notes of Central Bank with the state registration number 50100330S, total volume AZN 15 000 000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 12 000 000, face value per note AZN 100, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.

Total volume of orders submitted by 9 investors made AZN 48 584 400 at face value.
Orders were presented in price range from 99.8443% (YTM 2.00%) to 99.8602% (YTM 1.80%).

Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.8525% (YTM 1.90%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.8542% (YTM 1.88%)

Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 12 000 000, including non-competitive orders of AZN 2 253 300

The maturity date of Notes is February 16, 2011.
