Baku-APA. At least two people were killed and four others injured late on Friday in a suicide blast in Pakistan's southwestern major city of Quetta, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
According to the reports, the incident took place when a male suicide bomber wearing ladies dress attempted to enter the Sardar Buhadar University for women at the Baroori Road of Quetta.
The bomber exploded his jacket when a security guard of the university stopped him for identification.
The blast killed two persons including the security guard and a policeman and injured four others.
Security forces, police and rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted the bodies and injured to the hospital.
A police official said the suicide bomber's main target was Shia Muslim community living in the Hazara Town and the bomber wanted to use the university route to reach the town for attack.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
