Oman’s Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi has expressed concern over the latest developments in the region, saying ongoing negotiations have been undermined, APA reports.
In a post on X, Albusaidi said he was “dismayed” that active and serious negotiations had once again been disrupted.
“Neither the interests of the United States nor the cause of global peace are well served by this,” he wrote, adding that he prays for innocent people who will suffer as a result of the escalation.
Albusaidi also urged Washington to avoid deeper involvement, stating: “I urge the United States not to get sucked in further. This is not your war.”
